We want you to love your Bio Ionic tools; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our website. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled safely.

• 3.
  Pack Your Tools

  Securely place the Bio Ionic tool and all original components into the original box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
